I never liked Hip Hop. I never thought I'd ever post a Hip Hop video in this forum, but this one is actually good. It has a great message.

Eminem is the only hip hop artist that I have ever liked. Now you can see why! He speaks his mind, no doubt about it! I only hope that the young people of the US listen and go out and get registered to vote and vote democrat in this upcoming election. We need to get out of the Middle East!

Well this is strange to write on this post,I`m not much of a hip-hop/rap kinda guy but I understand some of Eminem`s work and its not bad.But the reason I am posting is this;



Eminem has said that he called Elton John for advice on how to quit drugs.

The rapper told the Detroit Metro Times that the pair are regularly in touch.

He said: "I talk to Elton a lot. We became friends and I talk to him about things, career-wise.

"He had a substance abuse problem in the past. So when I first wanted to get sober, I called him and spoke to him about it because, you know, he's somebody who's in the business and can identify and relate to the lifestyle and how hectic things can be."

He added: "He understands like the pressure and any other reasons that you wanna come up with for doing drugs, you know.

"Me and him have had similar lives and stuff. So I reached out to him and told him: 'Look, I'm going through a problem and I need your advice.'"

Eminem has collaborated with Sir Elton in the past, when the pair performed hit single 'Stan' at the Grammy Awards in 2001.

And the movie he made about his early life was really great.



also in addition to this its great,from what I know Eminem has alot of Homophobia in his lyrics,so great news to eminem on his addictions and getting help. ;D

I am quite happy to hear that Eminem is good friends with Elton, as it sets a better example than some of his lyrics do about gays.
