Eric Burdon wrote an interesting book called Don't Let Me Be Misunderstood about his life in the music business. Just imagine what they could have done if they'd been able to stay together. Chas Chandler, the bass player went on to be the one to bring Jimi Hendrix to London and get him promoted properly. Chas seems to have been a really great guy. He died several years ago. The lead guitar is Hilton Valentine. He's still alive and well and lives in England and still plays music. He has a website. Alan Price, the organist, is supposed to have stolen the arrangement royalties for House of the Rising Sun, but I don't know what his side of the story is.
Eric Burdon lives in Palm Springs, California. It's good weather for his asthma. He likes to ride his motorcycle in the desert. He still performs and tours, mostly in casinos, it seems.
