Do you believe in astrology? I do to a certain degree... I often think people's personalities are similar to the characteristics of their starsign. Could be coincidental though... By the way - I'm a scorpio.  |

I find that astrology can be tied very much to astronomy...
(In a scientific since, not just the obvious correlation.)

Pledm, you have the same birthday as Robert Plant! That's gotta be lucky or something. I am a gemini, and fit what most people would think a gemini would be I think. But I believe that astrology is more efficient if you get your own birth chart, etc, done for you. The it is really accurate. |

i am a scientist. i never did but now i do, believe in astrology that is. mainly because of my experiencing of other people and because i'm old enough to know myself quite well.
i am scorpio, through and through, up and down and 'round and 'round.
i am extremely compatible with pisces - we can read each others minds in fact. i.f*cking.kid.you.not! i want to marry a piscean woman i'm quite sure.
however. . .
my wildest fantasy is to spend an entire weekend in a hotel room, living off room service, f*cking my brains out with a scorpio woman. honest to god it would have to be a very classy hotel though with good food & wine and a solid well-built king sized bed 'cause we'd be all over it, time and time and time again. we'd be f*cking like lions and sometimes like koala's, every which way you can and still new ways after that - jesus, i'm f*cking horny just imagining how transcendent our sex would be - scorpio on scorpio - stinging and stabbing the whole night through - estacy's 7th heaven and beyond - it's true!

What sign the moon was in when you were born is almost as important as where the sun was when you were born. Your sun sign represents how your conscious mind works, and your moon sign represents your subconscious mind, and the way it works. I have an Aries moon, so I am very headstrong and stubborn, and rather gutsy subconsciously speaking. And that carries into the rest of my life. So, since my sun sign is in Gemini, it is air. And my moon sign is in Aries; it is fire. Now my rising sign is Taurus, and that is earth. So I am actually a faily balanced individual astrologically speaking. I would advise any one who wants to learn more about themselves to find an astrology book that will help you to know where the moon was when you were born. It makes a huge difference in one's attitude towards life.  |

Yes, I like it all too. The Hindu's have been practising it for eons, and it seems pretty accurate for me if you find a good astrologer. |
