Do you believe that some people were meant to find each other and become lovers? That there is someone meant for you and only you, out there? I do. Yes I do. I think that there ar levels of reality, just below the surface of what we normally consider "real" and that Science has not yet, but someday will begin to chart into these depths. Here we will find forces that extend well beyond the time frame of a single human lifetime, patterns of energy that remember, guide and even sometimes determine the course of someones current life as led on realities surface. It is thus possible to meet and come to know someone from a time in the long distant past when thee and she (or he) existed as a similar patterning of energy-matter as today. You may feel an immediate kinship or knowingness when you encounter this "other" however that occurs - either directly, as when you may pass them momentarily, perhaps in the subway, or even less directly, such as on this forum. These powerful underlying currents may have a tendancy to actively bring such souls together in future lives and thus make their reunion likely, or such re-encounters may just be by chance. I suspect it's the former when there were previously intense passions at play, such as love or hate, and the latter when the earlier relationships were randon, neutral or of no consequence. Whatever the case, I very strongly suspect that the people whose paths we cross throughout our lives, probably have ties with us or a significance that we are currently at a loss to appreciate. I will love him until death and beyond it. wow, but the fact that i probably unknowingly copied these gif's from YOU at some PAST, point in time and that we are meeting HERE and NOW, seemingly for the first time, in this most intrigueing and interesting manner - has GOT to MEAN something! it does to me! and, wow, that's one hell of a lucky man who's got a woman like YOU. p.s. wow, interesting ideas about the significance of those wave patterns in you link bobinbed - i shall revisit it sometime later when i can think clearer. it's 5 AM and i need another hour of sleep. will then have to leave, drive clear accross the city (in rush hour traffic no less) to pickup and take my father to a clinic for follow-up care to some outpatient surgery he recently had then lots of money-makin' to do when i get back (boring). so. . . later. . . |

You made me remember them when you mentioned somewhere about the cyclical nature of, Nature - which is certainly apparant on all levels, from the cosmic to the microscopic, from the rotation of galaxies to the life cycle of a star, from the revolution of a planet around it's central star to the progression of the seasons and their associated wheather, from the rotation of the Earth about it's axis to the diurnal cycle of day to night, wakefulness to sleepiness, activity to rest. Those are but a few of the polar opposites that simultaneously arise to define the complexity that abounds in the manifold of creation, on the surface of reality, where it's all happening, all moving and shaking, vibrating away! Yet, what interests me is how all this opposition is joined at the center. My hypothesis is that it is THERE, at the point that is midway between all polar opposites, that there exists the portal, or "on ramp" to the Grand Axis that unites all opposites, all arcs, of every 'colour' and 'flavour', if you will. There, is the way out of Sangsara, out of this prison that time built, this relative chaos, this entropic mad house. My specific interest is finding my opposite, and by virture of the love discovered in her heart for me, and mine for her, we might then brave the trip to our centers, meet up there and, hand in hand find the courage to step outside of time itself - and come back of course to collaborate, record, cross verify if we were truly there together based on the commonality of experience, and continue our love based exploration as a way of not only delving into the mystery that is my lovers awesome center, but also to discove the practical use of love as a force for change and even as a technology to directly influence the outcome of natural processes and even initiate wholly new and wilfully intended interactions with the world, not by impacting upon its surface but from deep within its center.
