Scientists have discovered that spicy foods can fight cancer cells. Apparently, there is a substance found in peppers that has the ability to kill cancer cells by attacking the mitochondria. Read more here: news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/health/6244715.stm

Hi bobin,ya I heard the news,I`ve been doing it for yrs,wish my mom did.She finished her 3rd bout of cancer a couple of months ago,she`s a trooper,then again I understand the report like everyone you live your life to be healthy and what ever extra that can fight it then great,for me I love peppers,but for my mom no way,but she is strong as a bull,she`s a tough cookie. I really liked your post bobin keep it up..

That is some really good news. I wish I liked peppers more myself. I'm not eating much lately, but sometimes I do like cheese and crackers with peppers on top when I do eat more. I wanted to share with you what Edgar Cayce, the famous "sleeping prophet" said about almonds preventing cancer. He said that if a person eats 3 raw almonds a day every day that he/she will never catch any form of cancer. I have been trying for the past 20 years to remember to eat 3 raw almonds per day just in case he is right. Edgar Cayce, in case you didn't know, used to fall asleep and trance channel while he was sleeping. He channelled information from some Higher Consciousness that cured many, many sick people that wrote to him from around the world. So I figure it is worth a try.
