Have you listened to Roberts solo albums or seen him on tour? What do you think of it?

Hi,yes I`ve listened to RP`s solo albums, they are good,I admire where he wants to go,heck he has that opportunity especially after ZEP,I love his `Honey drippers and Face of Nations, for certain songs,,like his `Dreamland`,and the new one.I like how he just made a change,I remember RP cutting off his hair and then with his `mullet`in the `early 80`s,he made a stroke outward, and it doesn`t matter who followed,he just was moving ,chancing it and not worrying about what his fans thought,I admired this,he went forth, and now he seems to have gathered it all.His voice did change along with his looks, but hey, with age this happens, but he`s still Robert.I last saw him in `98 with jimmy page,it was great,,amazing.

I love Roberts solo stuff, and especially now with the strange sensations. his music has a worldly flair to it.

I just love robert's vocal style. He never sounds crap and his songs are sung with meaning. Mighty rearranger would have to be my fav solo album at the moment, sixty six to timbuktu was great. I also really like Fate of Nations. Very very good album indeed

You know what happened to me? I didn't buy albums or listen to music for years, so I never even knew he had a solo life. So now, I am able to listen to all the solo albums (I haven't quite got them all yet) for the first time. Like a wonderful musical smorgasbord for the ears. It reminds me of the bible story about the prodigal son who went missing for years, but when he came back there was much rejoicing. I am totally rejoicing! Robert Plant is a transcendent musician and a great human, what I know of him. Now, with the upcoming bluegrass duet album, it's gonna just get more lovely to be in the same world with Robert Plant. Yeah, I kinda like the guy!
