Syd Barrett, the former lead singer of Pink Floyd died from cancer in his home last friday, age 60. RIP Syd.  He was crazy, but he was a genius!  www.sydbarrett.org/ |

Hi Bobin, ya I just read the news also,interesting character,very bright individual that was a co-founder of a great group,right now I`m listening to a 1hr Radio-doc on him from Q107 called `Legends of Rock a great series from the radio station where I`m from,love the series I heard this one before,nice to here it again, its the stations tribute to Syd.  |

ya it is quite sad news although i read it was from complications with diabetes? not cancer?
