You would probably talk to your mirror image a lot
You could walk around outdoors stark naked if you wanted
The local phone directory would be a tiny piece of paper
Sex would be boring but fast and effective

No, you're not thick Hanny. A lot of people wouldn't know what Solipsism is.
Solipsism (from the Latin ipse = "self" and solus = "alone") is the belief that one's self is the only thing that can be known with certainty and verified. To simplify it, it means to believe that only one's self exists, and that "existence" just means being a part of one's own mental states — all objects, people, etc, that one experiences are merely parts of one's own mind. This raises the possibility that everything one thinks or knows is illusion. Or at the least that one cannot know whether one's brain is in the "real world" or receiving impulses that would create an equivalent consciousness.
