It's not too hard if you have a digital picture of yourself on your pc. Upload your photos to a host like Photobucket. photobucket.com/ It's free. Then copy the picture URL for your pic. An URL can look like this: i7.photobucket.com/albums/y257/e67/flowerchild_bob.jpg and there will be one underneath the pic once it's uploaded to photobucket. Then you go to this forum and post a message where you click on the button with the photograph symbol on it. You then get two weirdo things appear: img and /img surrounded by [ and ] Click in between those two img things and put your picture URL in between them, You're done. If this seems to hard, perhaps ypu'd rather e-mail the pic to me and I'll post it for you. Let me know if there's any trouble for you posting your picture.  |

Having left Europe for good, I’m living in South India. I'm always barefoot: All-year-round, wherever I go, whatever I do. Most of my friends have never seen me wearing shoes… For me, being barefoot isn’t just a fashion statement: It’s a lifestyle, a way to express myself… And of course an amazing sensual experience: I’m always able to FEEL the ground! Would you wear gloves all-year-round? Nopes! So: Why shoes? Walking barefoot, I’m far more “in touch”, in touch with nature, with Mother Earth… Energy can flow freely, I’m never disconnected. It’s very refreshing and stimulating, and the ecological impact is far less dramatic (erosion!) if you’re hiking without shoes (I LOVE hiking, especially in the mountains!). Somehow you’re more defensive, less aggressive if barefoot… Walking barefoot isn’t only special but also communicative to a degree you wouldn’t expect: Travelling a lot I’ve made friends on many continents, explaining WHY I’m roaming around barefoot! There are many aspects, many reasons for living barefoot 24/7/365…  |

To post a pic: You have to have the picture URL in order to post a pic. You cannot upload a pic straight from your pc. I usually host my pics on photobucket or imageshack. It's free! Just upload the pics to them, copy the image url and paste it into your post.
